Return & Refund Policy

At ARQ Mart, we understand that sometimes an order may not work out as expected. Our return process is designed to keep things clear and straightforward for our customers.

Return Request Window

If you need to send an order back, please get in touch with us within 1 days of delivery. Once this period has passed, we may not be able to accept the return request.

Before Sending Your Parcel

Please contact ARQ Mart before dispatching any return parcel. Our support team will confirm whether the order qualifies for a return and will provide you with the necessary instructions.

Product Condition

For a return to be considered, the item should be:

  • In its original condition
  • Unused and undamaged
  • Packed securely
  • Returned with its original packaging and included accessories, if applicable

Products that arrive back in an altered, used, or damaged condition may not qualify for a refund.

Return Procedure

Once your return has been approved:

Step 1: Contact our customer support team.
Step 2: Receive the return instructions and address.
Step 3: Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transportation.
Step 4: Send the parcel through your nearest courier or post office.
Step 5: Once received, our team will examine the returned product.

Refund Process

Refunds are initiated after the returned product has been received and successfully checked by our team.

A PKR 490 charge will be deducted from the approved refund amount for applicable delivery/return expenses. The remaining eligible amount will then be transferred through the applicable payment method.

Cases We May Not Accept

A return may be declined when:

  • The request is submitted after 3 days of delivery
  • The product has been used or damaged
  • Original packaging or important parts are missing
  • The returned item does not match the order
  • The product does not meet our return requirements

Certain products may have additional return conditions depending on their nature.
